Zucchini Gingembre

One of our original creations, the Zucchini Ginger cake is great as a morning treat or afternoon snack. It's vegan and made with zucchini, ginger, pecans, and pumpkin seeds. 

8-10 slices per loaf.

Orders should be placed 48h in advance, and picked up at Corde Coutance.
