Corde Coutance we prepare a delicious Sunday funday brunch that is not to miss! Here are some of the staple items on the menu, but we like to add new specials according to the season too. Check our events page for the dates and contact us to reserve at contact@cordecoffee.com.

    Housemade Duo of Ginger Soy Marinated egg & tofu served with sauteed spinach, baby greens salad, and warm sourdough bread from Levain.ch topped with our salted ginger honey butter. The plate is finished with a balsamic drizzle and sesame seeds.

  • Breakfast Burrito & “Pois-camole”∙ CHF 21.50 (+2 vegan version)

    Roasted potatoes, seasonal pumpkin, onions, & green bell peppers, egg scramble,
    coriander, cumin spiced lentils, sriracha sauce, fontal cheese, wrapped up in a toasted tortilla, served with a side of Swiss green pea “guacamole” .
