Corde Coffee was founded in 2020 by Carlina Rinaldi, a Cuban-American-Swiss who is passionate about people, sustainability, and coffee.

In 2023, we opened our second location, roastery & bakery.

Carlina and her team have been working to build a fair trade coffee, community, and low waste concept that highlights high quality coffee and seasonally inspired food in welcoming spaces that get people talking. We use food and coffee as tools to help customers discover the impact of sustainable agriculture and production on flavor. We believe that when passionate people work hard to produce extraordinary food it becomes an opportunity for connection and happiness. We also host monthly community events from leadership discussions to comedy nights, and have established the Corde Coffee School to teach coffee enthusiasts about how to taste and prepare coffee.

We believe coffee has the power to bring people closer together as well as to our environment.
